The Grand Market this Saturday, June 1, 8 AM - 1 PM promises to be our best event yet! We will have 85 vendors/services and an incredible variety of family-friendly activities including a VERY special guest—History Channel Top Shot star Blake Miguez

Cooking demonstrations: BestLife Iberia Executive Chef Pat Mould and Iberia Medical Center Executive Chef Penn Tompkins (every 1/2 hour, 8:45 - 12:15).
State Farm Kid's Cove will feature a LA Wetlands exhibit with a 100-pound alligator snapping turtle and a return of the baby alligators . . . courtesy of LA Sea Grant! Also, coloring books, face painting, ring and bean bag toss for prizes; Chill Pad sno-cones; a 'real live' pumper truck from the Delcambre Volunteer Fire Dept.; along with kid's concessions by Dance Depot (hot dogs, chili, chips, etc.).
Le Centre du Marché (Center Market), sponsored by CLECO Power, offers a place to relax in the shade of the oaks and tents and features grilled specialty sausage samplings from Shawn's Cajun Meats Too and pork sandwiches pulled right off the "cochon du lait" (whole pig roast) sold by Pig-N-Out BarBQ.
